Who Are You Growing Into This New Moon?

For much of my life, I stayed small—people-pleasing, honoring others' needs before my own. But lately, I’ve noticed a shift. In moments where I once would have appeased, I’m now setting boundaries, speaking up, and taking the actions I need.

What once felt impossible, I now feel in my bones. This growth didn’t happen overnight—it’s been a slow becoming. This New Moon is a reminder to plant the seeds for the version of yourself you’re ready to grow into.

The New Moon in Cancer on Wednesday, June 25 is a powerful time to plant seeds—of creativity, of care, of who you're becoming.

Cancer is ruled by the Moon, and this pairing invites us inward: to come home to our bodies, our truths, and what we care most deeply about. This is a potent time to plant creative seeds—not just by setting intentions in your mind, but by embodying them through movement, breath, and creating.

This moon cycle asks:
✨ What do you really care about?
✨ What deserves your care, your creativity, your belief?
✨ What version of yourself are you becoming—and how can you nurture that process?

This New Moon, choose care. Choose creativity. Choose the version of you that’s ready to grow, and trust the unfolding.

This is your invitation to believe in the possibilities and act on them-- with intention, with care, and with creativity.

Join me at TAOU on Wednesday, June 25 from 6–7:30 pm to set intentions with your breath, body, and hands. In this special class, we’ll move through a yoga, meditation, and handbuild clay intention vessels to carry what you're growing this moon cycle

What Our Dreams Say About Grief and Relationships (Ep. 119)

In this episode of How the Wise One Grows, Kelly & I are reunited with our Dream Captain, psychotherapist and host of the Psyche Magic podcast, Jordan Hale. We explore how dreams help us process grief, relationships, and everything in between. Whether you're healing from loss, navigating a breakup, or entering something new, this is the conversation of your dreams 😘

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing to plant the seed.

With love and mud on my hands,

Holly 🌀

"Dance like a child" In a dream, on the night she had an emergency surgery, my grandmother told me that February was going to be one of the hardest months, and the way through was to “dance like a child.” She was right, and I took her advice very literally. This playlist has been my go-to: give it a listen & bust a move! Reply back with any bangers I should add to the playlist! This winter has been a season full of so much joy, so much grief, so much growth — the loss of my grandmother, the...

How do you fill your cup? I just turned 33-- and the words that keep coming to mind: "I like who and how I am becoming". I entered a creative cocoon this past weekend at an artist retreat with inspiring women. We spent our days diving into our creative pursuits, embracing the magic of nature, sharing our talents, and nourishing each other through cooking, laughter, and dance. Going into this portal, I felt depleted. Life and the world continue to require more and more of all of us. Despite...

Remember in high school when you had a CD of all your favorite songs playing in the car 24/7? I deeply remember the songs from that time in my life, the ones that got me through. So I decided to make a 2025 playlist of the songs that carried me through the highs and lows of this year. It has been a wild ride, and I truly believe music heals. So… enjoy this playlist as you read along.😘 Break or Bloom? It's up to you. Feeling empowered after guiding an ATV waterfall hike during Waves of...
